Folbot has introduced the Edisto, a highly stable folding kayak, to serve photography, fishing and touring enthusiasts. Its various upgrades are designed specifically to support fishing and photography and add flexibility to extended touring. The Edisto comes in four configurations: The Edisto base model has an open profile that provides ample room for gear and coolers; the Fish ‘n Photo Package includes a high sit-on-top seat, a spinning rod holder and clamp mount, an outrigger pontoon system, a mini-spray skirt and a floorboard; the Expedition Mini Package includes a mini-spray skirt, a wilderness repair kit, small rudder and padded longerons; and the Expedition Full Package includes the wilderness repair kit, rudder, padded longerons and a spray skirt. The 12-foot, 6-inch long Edisto fits into two bags and has a weight capacity of 300 pounds.
